Deposit / Payment Policy

When making an accommodation reservation, we will require a credit card (Visa or Master Card prefered) to secure the reservation. No payment will be taken at the time of reservation, however we ask you to refer to our cancellation policy for further advice.  

Cancellation Policy

Please note, we do not apply a cancellation fee to your reservation if you cancel outside 48 hours from date of arrival, however if cancelled within 48 hours you will be charged one (1) nights accommodation. If you fail to check in (No Show) you will be charged for the entire reservation to the credit card number provide at the time of making the reservation. Once checked in, early check outs are non-refundable.
